feat(edge): bez znaczka NEW przy tworcy

Przy ~10 tys. nowych klipow dziennie 40% zywego katalogu miesci sie w
progu 7 dni, wiec znaczek stal przy prawie kazdym klipie i nic nie mowil.
Pole is_fresh zostaje w API (swiezosc dalej liczy sie w punktacji feedu).
