fix(scheduler): godzina na dedup po tytule i dlugosci

Przebieg nadrabiajacy zaleglosci scalil 67 tys. scen (xnxx/xvideos, ten sam tytul, dlugosc
i obsada) i trwal 90 min, wiec przy limicie 30 min job raportowal sie jako zawieszony
(Sentry GOON-V), mimo ze pracowal. Zaleglosc wzieła sie z restartow workera, ktore ucinaly
wczesniejsze przebiegi.
